Our Staff
Our Staff are multi-skilled, multi-national and multi-ethnic. The diversity of our people is harnessed to deliver the excellent quality of service we are known for. We provide equal opportunities for employment to all.
Our staff have a good record of reliability and timely attendance to work.
On clients request, we make arrangements for the placement of a staff of choice (on a permanent basis) to maintain continuity and consistency. This provides the assurance of a familiar face as opposed to welcoming a new face each time.
Training and education are key factors in our delivery of quality care and support.
To facilitate this, all staff tuition are undertaken by specialist healthcare training providers (delivering PASA, POVA and CIS compliant training courses), which form a comprehensive introduction to the care and support that our staff provide.
Additionally, we offer specialised training for specific client groups including autism, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health.

Following the successful completion of our induction/training courses, all staff are assigned to voluntary placements to provide them with crucial experiences in a care/support environment.
Further, new staff are each issued with a Staff Handbook detailing the everyday situations encountered in a care/support environment. We encourage our staff to use this guide as a tool for reviewing their performance on a regular basis.
Our training program includes:
1. Fire Safety
2. Health and Safety (1974 & 1999) (includes Risk Incident Reporting)
